If my child is unable to attend school, what do I need to do?

If your child is absent because of illness, please send a note with him/her the day he/she returns to school. If you know you must be out of town or that you will need your children, please try to notify the school office so we will know the reason the students is not in attendance. Illness, medical appointments or death in the family are the only excused absences accepted. If students are taken from school for reasons other than the ones indicated, they would be unexcused, unless given administrative approval. Students will not be permitted to leave the school without written permission from parent or guardian.
